He comprado este micrófono porque ya conocía la marca y se que es buena y a buen precio, pero este micrófono en general me ha decepcionado y mucho mas el Servicio al Cliente de Thomann, pues este artículo vino defectuoso de fábrica y no me han dado respuesta o solución a mi problema, me están pidiendo fotos y vídeos del artículo, pero yo lo que voy ha hacer es enviarles el micrófono, tal y como lo recibí y que me lo reemplacen por uno nuevo.
La transportación estuvo bien, todo llegó sin daño aparente, el problema del artículo dañado, es de origen de fábrica, dado que el articulo viene defectuoso, ya que el led indicador de "Clip" del receptor no está funcionando, no se enciende cuando subo el volumen al máximo ó la ganancia, y no me entero cuando hay distorsión, no hay manera de calibrar el micrófono.
Por lo tanto no puedo dar una buena valoración de este artículo y menos del Servicio al Cliente y la garantía que se supone tiene.

Habe mir das Mikrophon aufgrund vieler positiver Rezensionen gekauft.
Das Produkt hält nicht viel von dem was der Hersteller bzw. Thomann (in der Beschreibung) verspricht.
Der knackfreie Schalter funktioniert nur beim einschalten, wobei man dann 3 Sekunden warten muss, bis man überhaupt den Ton über die Anlage hört. Beim ausschalten knackt es unerträglich.
Ebenso wird die Frequenzlücke von Handys nicht wirklich ausgenutzt. Wenn ein modernes Handy nur in Reichweite des Empfängers liegt, kommen nur Störungen. - Unerträglich

Ich hatte mehrfach zum Kundenservice von Thomann Kontakt aufgenommen. Bei der ersten Reklamation wurde der Handsender ausgetauscht. Ergebnis nach der Reklamation war, dass es noch schlechter funktioniert als vorher. Nach zwei weiteren Reklamationen wurde nichts mehr festgestellt. Sehr ärgerlich, da sich der Kundenservice von Thomann in diesem Fall auch nicht mit Ruhm bekleckert hat. Dieses kenne ich so eigentlich nicht.

Tut euch selber einen Gefallen und gebt 150€ mehr aus und kauft dieses Produkt NICHT!
