Game changer
Years of using non-specialist studio furniture, The Wavebone HQ Studio Desk is so much better, verging on perfection. Loads of creativity surface space, 9U's for racks, perfect with an iMac. Would not hesitate to recommend. Even manages to hold a Roland RD700SX stage piano on the optional key stand - which is a feat in itself.

Spacious and sturdy
Review of the Music Equipment Desk
After weeks of searching, measuring my space, and considering various options, I finally ordered this desk for my music equipment. The assembly was straightforward; while you can do it alone, having a helper makes it easier. The instructions are clear and easy to follow.
The desk looks fantastic and holds my synthesizers without any sagging. The only minor issue I encountered was that the emblem on the front was slightly misaligned, but I easily fixed it myself.
One thing to note is that the casters on the under-desk βcabinetβ donβt swivel in all directions. This allows for easy rolling in and out, but it can be a bit frustrating when trying to position the cabinet in a specific spot.
Overall, this is an excellent product and can be recommended!

Great Studio Desk
Use this at a home studio. Best option I could find for holding my Nord Stage. Because of the height of the Nord I had to put the main desk on 50mm spacers to give enough clearance while getting my legs under the roll out section. Very pleased it.

Superb - with a word of advice...
This studio desk is excellent, no doubt about that, looks stunning in the wood varient, quality is great, really easy to assemble (one man job), and a a good price point.
Take note.....If you want a reasonable playing position and/or you're planning on using this with a full on 88 key elephant like I am, then you will need to buy some risers for the main bench. I've got my Roland Fantom EX 88 on the roll out tray. As they're around 160mm high, the tray needs to be set much to low to be usable. Sure you can set your chair at the lowest setting, but then it's impossible to use the sustain peddle.
The solution : raise the height of the main bench so you can put the keyboard tray at its full height.
I think this is an oversight of the Wavebone. It really should come with more height adjustment capability for main desk.
