Software is sooooo bad

Software is tooo bad.i did send some info to thomann but they are unable to solve it...first of all it DOESN'T saving a different IP except the preload one,and the warst think is that you CAN'T rename the input and output of the mixer,,,what was the programer thinking when he developed the software.even the worst matrix in the earth can rename the input and output and of course you are able to change and save other IP not ti mention that it doesn't have any cloud ability....
