PJ
Good pedal but not suitable for active pickups
Phoney Johnny 15.09.2022
Pretty good pedal, sounds cool and vintage-like. Flexible enough to get different shapes of the tone, and pretty much any configuration works (turn the knobs randomly and it would still work on any position, though the sound can vary quite a lot). But the pedal has very little input headroom, any active pickups and just hot on output pickups would make it clip a lot. Keep in mind that the bypass is buffered (not true bypass). To me it seems there is some kind of gate built into the pedal that makes it be quiet when you don’t play anything instead of producing phasing noise and/or sweeping noise sounds. I find this a good feature, works good when you put it in front of the distortion pedals. I had issues with another analogue flanger pedal, because it had some sweeping noises that you can hear very well when a distortion pedal boosts it. With this pedal it goes just fine.

Disapointed
Tbjcp 23.11.2025
With the dimension switch double-flanging, i was expecting something cool. But, honestly, i'm pretty disapointed. If i had bought this full price, i would have been very disapointed, probably enough to return it.
This pedal gives nice chorus-ish modulation. Maybe, in that case, get a chorus. In no setting do i get "enough" of anything. I don't get enough flange, i don't get enough chorus-ness. I feel actually more satisfied with my chorus, which literally is the cheapest one out there. This is supposed to be a "high value" pedal, but it just feels very prudish. It's way too tame.
Not only that, but on most settings (especially with the "unique" dimension switch) you get this high pitch "wee-oo-wee-oo" in the background (watch e.g. Get offset's demo of the supro chorus and you get the same annoying noise).
After that, when you flick the dimension switch you get an absurdly loud pop. That's annoying when playing around at practice level - imagine at band practice with a loud amp, or worse, live. It's terrible - why wouldn't they fix that??

I want to like this pedal, but... it's just not that great, and now i'm saving up for another flanger :/

Stereo
