Only little missing bit for me is possibility to connect external talkback mic. Otherways this is really impressive device, little bit pricey though.
But there's not too many options, if you want foot pedal support (mandatory for me), good quality and reasonable price.

Extra clear sound. Zero coloring! I can't say anything bad about it, maybe just the price. The product does what it needs to do but nothing special. And it's a little bit overpriced.
Update:
After 6 months of use I noticed a few bugs. The mono function button no longer works. And unfortunately the right and left sides of the outputs are not balanced. I am disappointed because the sound is great anyway.

wer seine abhöre verbessert, sollte unbedingt den monitor controller nicht vergessen. der spl mtc mk2 ist, was ich immer gesucht habe, ein unhörbares gerät zwischen wandler und abhöre der das gespielte genauso wiedergibt wie wenn der controller nicht da wäre. sehr viele nützliche features die man nicht viel braucht, aber nicht missen möchte. dazu ein kopfhörer verstärker der seinen nahme verdient und auch hochohmige muscheln mit genügend power füttert. endlich keine links/rechts verschiebungen bei tiefen lautstärken mehr wie bei low budget geräten. zugegeben ein grosser schwarzer klotz, der doch etwas mehr platz braucht. typisches german-over-engineering wie man es gerne sieht. nicht günstig, aber jeden pfennig wert. wer wirklich hören möchte was aus seiner daw bei den lautsprechern ankommt kauft dieses gerät...
