Solar Guitars S1.6 PP

I was curious to try something new and stumbled upon Solar Guitars. This one caught my attention for its specs and gorgeous look, and it didn't disappoint me at all.

Construction is flawless, with great fretwork and finishes. Evertune keeps its promise and it keeps the guitar in tune all the time, even when unboxing it for the first time. The neck is very comfortable in all its length, and the last frets are extremely easy to play. Playability is great overall. Sound is great for metal and rock, which is what I do most of the time. It's a bit heavier than I thought, but not uncomfortable. Luminlay side dots are just great!

What to expect from solar guitars... The pickups are nice, it has the evertune bridge like every other solar guitar, the locking tuners are good, all frets are accessible easily and u can shred to your heart with this baby. The color is very nice when i really like purple related stuff tho it may be different than from the pictures. Magically this guitar inspires me to write more tasteful riffs and not just metal every day
10/10 would accidentally stab my vocalist in throat again with this headstock

Je suis tout bonnement épaté par cette guitare.
le look:
la finition mat c'est déjà magnifique (un peu plus clair que sur la photo thomann) le manche traversant ça en met plein la vue et les finition sont au top (aller ils auraient pu poncer un peu l'intérieur de l'encoche du sélecteur si on veux être vraiment pointilleux) l'ébène en touche c'est aussi très joli.
le son:
Très bien défini et agréable, surtout pas criard comme certaines guitares dites métal. c'est du low output donc pour ceux qui sont sur carte son il faudra rajouter du gain mais ce n'est pas gênant. en clair c'est très joli, en disto c'est méchant et ça envoi du lourd. Elle est vraiment faites pour le métal.
Confort:
Alors la c'est le régal, juste un petit point négatif elle pèse son petit poids quand même. Les différentes coupes dans le corps la rende très agréable assis comme debout. Le touché est qualitatif. Gros point positif, le evertune, franchement on s'en fait une montagne alors que concrètement si on sait lire on sait s'en servir. Il permet les bends sans soucis (le sweet spot n'est pas un problème a trouver, en gros si la note change alors que l'on serre on fait un quart de tour en arrière et c'est plié) Il fait très bien son travail et facilite la vie en enregistrement.
En bref, je pense qu'il s'agit ici du meilleur rapport qualité/prix sur cette gamme de guitare. Bravo à Ola Englund pour ses choix et merci à Thomann d'avoir ravi un guitariste.

Klasse Gitarre, ABER

Die Verarbeitung ist gut, die Pickups sind gut, der optische Gesamteindruck ist gut, sie lässt sich auch wunderbar spielen.

Jetzt kommt das große ABER:
Ich habe sie mir vor allem wegen der Evertune Bridge gekauft. Ich musste das einfach mal ausprobieren und muss feststellen, dass es auch funktioniert. Wenn man alles richtig einstellt, verstimmt sich die Gitarre tatsächlich nicht mehr und Bendings sind ausdrücklich trotzdem möglich. Allerdings nicht ohne Opfer. In den höheren Lagen leidet das Sustain extrem. Wirklich extrem. Ich konnte damit nicht leben und habe die Gitarre nach 3 Monaten wieder verkauft.
