I've installed it on my guitar, it's really nice
Though it uses a bit of woodwork and DIY to get it done, it's pretty simple to install. The acoustic sound is nice, tho with low tunings and harmonics it can make a bit of a "buzz" or "rattle" sound. I've put of piece of fabric inside and it works well.
The sound is picked up by my piezos (tho I have a weird system, so I don't know if it works on a regular pickup system).
