Great Product
KnobbyKnobKnob 31.07.2021
I've been using Sadowsky Black Label (both steel and nickel), but this is the first time buying the nickel strings from Thomann, and I finally get to leave a review.

They are some of the best strings I've ever used, and I'll continue to use them for a long time. They're bright, warm, punchy, and the black binding at the top just look damn cool. The tapered B string is PERFECT for my Warwick Corvette as the B string saddle isn't too wide. Simply put, the best B string in the market.

The tension is very good. Definitely tighter than Ernie Ball, in my opinion. I find higher tension very useful for fast finger plucking. The notes can be shifted and played very precisely.

I can't really find any cons with this product. Every bass player needs to use Sadowsky Black Label, regardless of their genre.

The perfect in-between!

Brighter than regular nickel strings, but softer than stainless steel to the fingers. The perfect in-between! They are relatively high tension (which I love). The B string is tight too... My favourite strings so far, and I've tried a lot!!

Great strings

Intonation, tone and feel are excellent. These have less mids than the Sadowsky blue. I like the lows, very nice warm sound with a great B string.
