Ich habe mir ein Set gegönnt in den Größen 16", 19" und 22".

Generell haben die Sabian HHX Complex Crashs alle einen dunklen Sound. Mir gefällt, dass sie wenig bis gar keinen Trash-Anteil haben, sondern einen warmen, vollen Klang über dem, bei allen Größen, ein sehr schöner brillianter Schimmer liegt. Mag ich sehr.
Außerdem sprechen alle Größen unheimlich schnell an. Ein wenig anschlagen reicht schon und die Becken gehen wunderschön auf. Toll !!

Ich selbst komme von Paiste 2002 Crashes aus den 90ern. Da sind die HHX Complex schon etwas gaaanz anderes. Dunkel und warm statt hoch und brilliant. Zeitgemäß und modern eben. Muss mich aber noch dran gewöhnen :-)
