Huge upgrade from TD17
I got this as an upgrade to replace my TD17 module (also got the new VH-14D hi-hat and a digital snare). It's a great piece of hit. The sound quality is a big improvement over the previous module, there's lots of ports for adding pads, and software is a massive step up.
Minor downsides: It's HUGE. Probably twice the size of a TD-17 module. Also while the sounds are a massive step up, they're still not quite VST level.
Overall though, I'm very happy.
