I play some venues that i need something beefy but quieter than a stick - these are probably not a substitute for hot rods but they do serve a purpose in regards to maybe particular songs you are playing or recording! (preference thing) They are well made and cheap so no reason not to have them! A little heavy but your not going to be playing iron maiden with these :-)

Soft and fat sounding

Bought those to use specifically with LP1410 octo cajon snare. They work great, have enough "meat" to produce rich sounding snare.
In comparison to others those feel closer to regular drumsticks since they provide rebound after drum beat.
The black rubber part gets sticky if your hand are dirty, with clean hands there should be no problem.
