Very interesting feel and tone

I use these on an acoustic ubass and tried on a regular bass too. A rather soft tone somewhere between fingerstyle and pick style. Do not recommend on metal strings, it will shred the leather. Can't imagine it on electric guitar, would be like a cheese grater. Can't wait to try them with the to-be-installed Thunderbrown rubber strings on the ubass, seems like that will be it's intended use.

Definitely an interesting and fun little extra thing to throw into your basket e.g. if you're going for the delivery fee limit!

Ich hab mir die Picks aus Neugier bestellt, den der Ton kommt bekanntlich aus den Fingern, oder eben aus dem Plek.
Die Lederpleks sind nun mal deutlich weicher als Plastik, so dass der Anschlag nicht ganz so deutlich durchkommt. Vom Sound auf dem Bass sicherlich zwischen Fingern und Plastikplek einzuordnen. Leder hat insgesamt ein höheren Abrieb, als Plastik, so dass man nach einer intensiven Einheit feine Lederkrümel im Schlagbereich findet. Damit sind sie sicherlich nicht so langlebig.
Aus Spaß auch mal auf der Gitarre ausbrobiert, aber die dünnen Saiten lassen sich mit dem Lederpik nicht so gut bespielen.

Wer Soundtechnisch nach Abwechslung sucht liegt hier sicherlich nicht falsch. Mit den unterschiedlichen Stärken dieses Sets sollte für jeden etwas dabei sein.

beim Sattler um die Ecke wahrsch um eniges günstiger zu bekommen, 2 davon kann ich gar nicht gebrauchen die sind viel zu weich, damit bekomme ich weder aus einem Bass noch einer Gitarre einen brauchbaren Ton. Für das was die Teile leisten sind sie meiner Meinung nach viel zu Teuer. Leder Spielt sich auch schnell ab und wird weicher mit mehrmaligem Gebrauch.
Ich würde sie nicht mehr kaufen.
