Das Konzept ist ja gut...
Die Umsetzung ist leider unbefriedigend.
Unboxing: toller, wertiger Eindruck. Begeisterung hat sich erst mal breit gemacht. Zumindest bis ich die Drehpotis für die 4 regelbaren Outputs gesehen und angefasst habe. Man braucht nahezu Elfenkinderfinger, um die ordentlich bedienen zu können, weil sie doch sehr flach und für große Finger nicht so griffig sind. Dazu kommt, dass sie nur auf 12h eine minimale Einrastfunktion haben. bei allen anderen V Zahlen wie zb gängig 9V rastet der Drehknopf nicht ein. Das wirkt auf mich nicht nur billig, sondern auch sehr unzuverlässig. Man will ja nicht irgendwie versehentlich die falsche V Zahl durchs Pedal jagen, wenn man beim rausholen des Boards aus dem Case dann doch mal auf einen der Knöpfe kommt und der sich wie von Geisterhand verstellt.
Was mir aber viel größere Bauchschmerzen gemacht hatte - und deswegen ging das Netzteil auch postwendend zurück: beim anschließen an den Strom sind jedes Mal (bei allen Versuchen) starke Funken aus der kleinen orangenen Buchse geschossen, begleitet von einem Knacken.
Hab dann trotzdem mal testweise alles angeschlossen. sobald was in die Nähe des Netzteils gekommen ist, oder man es sogar gewagt hat, es anzufassen, sind starke, beängstigende Störgeräusche aufgetreten.
Bei Dingen wie Strom, gehe ich lieber keine schlechten Kompromisse ein. Ich hab ein Harley Benton Power Plant Netzteil, das seid Jahren vorbildlichen Dienst leistet. Eine Preisfrage kann das also nicht sein.
Ich war verlockt durch die Vielfältigkeit des Palmers, aber auf Grund der negativen Erfahrung traue ich mich auch kein Austauschgerät bestellen. Dann bleib ich lieber bei HB, das alle meine Pedale bisher auch ohne Probleme versorgt hat - ohne Störgeräusche, Funken, und undurchdachten Schaltern. (Dipswitches wären zb die bessere Alternative gewesen).

Quiet and workable
I have 6 pedals on my board and two of them is drive pedals.

Perfect power supply
This power supply is ideal for large pedal boards or those with many pedals, it has different voltage and it is quite and noise free. I totally recommend it

It works great, and yes better than the daisy chain if you have lots of pedals and are trying to reduce power noise. I have many pedals so I am using 3 of these. Fantastic build quality and very good price.

Once of the best PSU I ever used!
It is a genuine power house for my Pedals, it has enough juice for my 8 Analog pedals together with the HX stomp, by using the current doubler and plugging it to socket 9 and 10 that gives 9v 1A for my HX stomp, no sound and it's really quiet even if the Pitchfork is also connected which I'm really happy about. The size is just right, not too thick and it's also not that heavy. The build quality is also very durable. I think it will last a long time on my pedal board.

Excellent Product
I use it to power up my pedal board. My pedals board has the following pedals and they are all work just fine with the plamer.

The first unit I received was not functioning at all, thanks to the never disappointing customer service of Thomann I quickly got it replaced with a new one, which had no problems and works well. No noise or other problems while powering pedals. With the 500mA output I can power with no problems Strymon or similar. Very good options for the price you pay. Maybe constructing quality is not top notch, as some faulting unit may pop up, but worth the try in my opinion.

The right one
I have bought several ones before but found them either too big, chunky or heavy to fit on my board , too noisy, not enough connectors, not enough power or voltage choices, too expensive.. .This one checked all the right boxes.

Good quality
I have used this power supply for many many gigs and I had no problems. Very good quality and there's no noise even with 10 pedals on it. I would buy it again for sure!

Does what is say on the tin.
This is powering 6 pedals at the moment, one of which has a tube, and one which will take an 18v supply. Before this I used a adapter with a single long trailing cable. Once I’d got the PWT set up, I felt the sound from the pedal board improved somehow. Hard to say how, but it felt there was somehow more punch or clarity. It’s really a subjective assessment though.
