...dachte ich jahrzehntelang. Zu schwer, zu langsam und und und.
Nach vielen Jahren mit 13" (Sabian) und 14" (Zildjian, Meinl, Zultan) bin ich wieder bei Paiste gelandet. 20" Multi und 18" Thin aus der Giant beat Serie brauchten das passende Pendant als HiHats und nichts lag näher als Hats aus der gleichen Serie zu testen. Thomann hatte 14" und 15" vorrätig (neben 2002 und Big Beat) und ich bin tatsächlich bei den 15" hängen geblieben. Die 14" klingen im direkten Vergleich schwach. Zum ersten Mal 15" Hats...sie klingen toll, weil sie relativ dünn sind und sehr variabel für verschiedene Spielsituationen.
