No bullshit marketing, no "wow marketing features" (here definitely has wow features for wow impact sound) just static sound power proven by time! It can be an audio interface or a summing mixer or one of the best ad/da converter or ... yes, there many wonderful use cases here. Pick what you want!

Flexibilität durch modulare Erweiterungsmöglichkeiten (MADI, ADAT, AES, SPDIF) und der fantastische Support unterstreichen zusätzlich, dass Metric Halo nach wie vor ein Gründer geführtes High-Tech Unternehmen ist, das sein Ingenieurs-Handwerk beherrscht wie kaum eine andere mir bekannte Firma. Schade nur, dass Windows nicht unterstützt wird. Aber das ist kein Makel, sondern. Fokus. Für Mac basierte Studios beste Wahl.

Ich hab schon so einige Interfaces gehabt, darunter auch ein RME UFX+, das SSL BigSix und andere. Ich muss sagen, das LIO ist das mit dem größten WOW-Faktor. Sicher ist das RME auch ein sehr gutes Interface, das SSL im vergleich nicht! Aber das Metric Halo ist für mich deutlich emotionaler. Es entlockt mir sehr häufig einfach ein Lächeln, so gut klingt es! Die Haptik ist super, allein der ON/OFF Switch mit dem Relais fühlt sich einfach nach professionellem Equipment an. Da passt alles!

Einzigen Kritikpunkt den man vielleicht äußern kann ist die Mixersoftware. Nicht falsch verstehen, die kann alles und noch mehr. Und es funktioniert auch alles perfekt. Nur ist die Konfiguration manchmal nicht ganz intuitiv und ein Blick ins Handbuch wird notwendig. Aber das ist bei RMEs Totalmix genau das selbe!

Ansonsten kann man das LIO nur lieben. 100% Kaufempfehlung!
