This is perfect for punchy accents in larger ensemble settings. Sound is defined and articulate and you're able to produce a variety of shaker effects. Sonically, it matches well with both the Meinl CAX1 or CAX2. Just a shame mine didn't come with the Meinl logo at the bottom.
