Im Gegensatz zu den brasilianischen Surdos...top Verarbeitung, gutes Material und keine ungeschliffenen Kanten, an denen man sich verletzen kann.

Die Originalfelle haben keinen guten Sound, aber nachdem ein "Korinofell" aufgezogen wurde, klingt sie, wie eine Surdo klingen soll. Weicher druckvoller Bass. Die Spannringe sind ganz weich abgerundet(keine Verletzungsgefahr)...klingen aber bei Rimshots auch nicht so schön.


Außerdem sind sie ein wenig zu groß, so das gerade bei Fellen anderer Hersteller, sie zum Überspringen neigen. (dieses trat gerade bei den "18ern" gehäuft auf) Also wurde mal wieder mit Fensterdichtungsband gebastelt. Ansonsten sind wir in der Gruppe mit allen drei Größen sehr zufrieden.
