The best amp for those trying to find their sound!
This is not the best guitar amplifier of all time. But it is the best choice for all intermediate guitarists trying to find their sound and have fun. Very loud, bassy and with extreme possibilities, this amp can drop jaws.
The biggest letdown was the sound quality. Since it is a digital amp, do not expect the sound a tube amp would make. It is more "digital". But it can still be loud and clear.
The extreme advantage of this amp is clearly the possibility of making different sounds. You get the free Marshall amp and you can manually create own sounds or replicate sounds of others (very useful when covering songs).
In conclusion, it was the best buy for me. I mean, you would not get this as a professional guitarist, but come on. You would not look here if you were a professional. For all parents wanting to buy something for their kids to start or for all broke fellas like me, this is the answer! Impressive and sweet!

What can I say? It's a Marshall
if you want that Marshall guitar tone, just go for it.
It comes with all Marshall classic guitar amps and with some additional effects.
To be honest, I don't feel like buying a Helix or something, because this amp has all that I need.
Btw, if you're not sure between the 25 and 50w version, go for the 50w if you can. It's loud enough to play anywhere you want to, but you can also lower the volume enough to be playable in an apartment.

Very good amp
It was the second amp I used and I don't regret it. I use mostly at home and I don't even pass the 2/10 or 3/10 master volume, so it has potencial for more. The variety is really good and most of the presets are in fact usable (a few are kind of repeated and because of this I think it would be better to have 10 or 15 empty presets out of the 100 storable. You can delete presets and make your own tho, and if you ever feel like you would want them again, all the original presets are in the Marshall code site and you can get them again). Only problem I had was connecting the amp to the pc. when I recorded, sometimes there was a bit of a strange feedback, but that's probably because of the cable, because I never saw other people with that problem.
Finally I think it's a better choice rather the the 25W version because the price is not that higher and it's a lot easier to use and manage the presets, and it allows way more possibilities of usage.

Marshall will simply never disappoint me
I am pleasantly surprised. I was expecting less for the money but I was blown away.
The presets it comes with are not very good, you will find 2-3 sounds you like at best, out of 100.
However, once I decided to try it out the bluetooth feature and started experimenting with my phone, that's when the magic started. Download the gateway app, enter the website and search for your favourite guitarists' presets. You will get the sounds you want and you'll start to understand how the amp works. You can even save them with your own names in the amp.
JCM, Plexi, Bluesbreaker... they're all there. And they sound ridiculously close to the real thing. It's insane how you can get all those tons in one, and for a great price.
It also comes with a built in tuner and tons of features you will have lots of fun with. This amp should come with the footswitch and it should not be sold separately though.
And also, it's extremely loud. I have no doubt that you can gig with this thing.
To sum up, if you like Marshall amps, you'll love this one. Get it.

LOUD
I have a 100W Boss Katana and this "50W" box is larger and louder than the former. This being said, it is my first Marshall amp, and I am aware the purists will say only the tube stuff is worthwhile ... but they, I am just playing for fun in my garage for now :)
It has tons of sounds and effects, very much fun and it will shake the house and neighbourhood if you let it loose. The sound is quite good and there was not hum out of the box like on the Boss (I had to go into the software to find the noise cancellation stuff). Marshall was better on that side.
Well, from a non expert viewpoint, this is a nice piece of kit, for the price I am happy buying it.

A suitable All-in-one option
If you like the idea of having a ton of options in one amp, the Marshall Code series is a very suitable solution. The predefined presets are 100 in number and it may take some time to get to know all of those, but if you don?t actually care and want to jump straight to creating your own sounds, the overall usage is as easy as it can get!
Marshall has created an accompanying mobile app (which is free) that adds another 100 presets if you wish, and also lets you access the presets made by the Marshall community, via the MyMarshall webpage.
Sound is great, and pretty loud and the over manufacturing quality has the name Marshall on it, so there's little left to say about that.
