Esta sordina ofrece un sonido muy distinto a la mayoría de sordinas Straight, un sonido lírico y redondo muy diferente del sonido estridente de las Straight de aluminio o metal en general.

Perfecto para tocar todo tipo de obras e incluso para tocar música más tradicional. Un producto muy bien fabricado que apenas pesa y que es muy resistente.

Ja, ich stimme den Kollegen zu: Stört kaum die Intonation, geht auf Drehventil und Perinet gleichermassen gut. Und hat einen schönen klaren Ton in p und f. Sehr gesittet also.
Und genau da sollte man natürlich überlegen, wofür man ihn braucht. Gut für sinfonische Blasmusik, wenn man aus dem Orchesterklang nicht allzusehr herausstechen will. Wenn mann aber mal ein bisschen plärrig oder schneidend spielen will klappt das nicht so richtig. Für Bigband und Pop nicht unbedingt geeignet. Da braucht man dann was aus Metall.
Sehr positiv ist auch der Kunstkork. Fällt nicht aus der Trompete, auch wenn's mal ein bisschen wackelt. Insgesamt top für den genannten Einsatzzweck. Verarbeitung auch sehr gut.

Hätte nie erwartet, das ein Dämpfer aus Kunststoff so klingen könnte wie einer aus Alu oder Kupfer, finde den sogar noch besser als die neuen Gemini von T. Crown (die auch sehr gut sind).
