A must
Sturdy! This is a must if you want to put ligting equipment (par cans etc.) on your Manfrotto stand. It fits stand nicely and is tightened with one screw (that is enough to get rid of any moving).

Manfrotto does what it is supposed to do
We use it for a 15kg teleprompter on a light stand. And it sits rock solid even on the self drilled hole.
