I tried them on 25.5 scale 7 string, For drop a it feels good and tight, for drop g# it already lacks of tension but it steel playable. I would not recommend going lower than that on 25.5 scale instrument.

Bought this string for my 7 string Schecter mainly for Drop A. This is the only brand i found that makes 7th low B that THICC. Overall i can only recommend!
