Does what it is supposed to and even more!

I just started building my own rig recently, so I could not figure out why I would need a compressor. After watching a few reviews I decided to go on and get this one and I have to say that it is an awesome addition to my rig! I am extremely pleased with this product.

After messing around with the controls, I discovered that this thing can be used for many other purposes as well, like a preampor a booster! Really awesome!

Der Kompressor ist definitiv für E-Gitarre , Bass und Accoustic-Gitarre geeignet. Er arbeitet eher wie ein hochwertiger "Studiokompressor" und nicht wie ein klangformendes Gitarreneffektgerät. Mein Gerät hatte leider nicht den Sound, den man in den YT Videos hören kann. Er war für E-Gitarre kaum wahrnehmbar, für Bass schon deutlich besser und für die Accoustic gut zu hören.
Ich hatte mir einen deutlich warnehmbaren Country Sound erhofft, den ich doch lieber dem Xotic SP oder dem Vahlbruch Fusionizer überlasse.

Probably the best pedal I have ever had.

Aside from the obvious functionalities as a compressor the included preamp is amazing. The sound is very transparent but still it will make a small amp sound like a much bigger one, with a lot more headroom, producing a richer, fuller and rounder sound. The blend option of the compressor allows you to keep the right amount of dynamics and so to keep it on at all time.
