In den Tests und in den Medien werden die neuen JBL-Modeler-Kisten ja ziemlich gehypt - und dem bin auch ich aufgesessen.
Ja - das Ding kann ziemlich viel und auch relativ gut. Die Bedienung ist gut gelöst und auch die STEM-Funktionen sind bisher einmalig in so einer kleinen Kiste. Was mich allerdings gar nicht überzeugt hat, war letzlich der Sound. Das Modeling klingt - zumindest über die verbauten Komponenten Verstärker und Lautsprecher - "mumpfig". Ich habe das schon bei meinem "alten" Yamaha TRH30 besser bei einem Akku-Verstärker gehört. Die mögliche Lautstärke ist auch nicht höher, als bei meinen Bose S1-Akkuboxen. Insgesamt eher eine "eierlegende Wollmichsau", die mich aber im direkten Vergleich leider nicht überzeugt hat. Schade eigentlich. Geht dank Thomann kurz angetestet und wieder gut verpackt zurück.
