Die JS1X Dinky Minion steht der Jackson JS11 Dinky um nichts nach,
hat jedoch eine kleinere Mensur.
Der Sound ist Dank der zwei Humbucker sehr gut, vor allem dann wenn man Hard Rock oder Metal soielt. Etwas helleren Sound hat man mit dem unteren Humbucker und etwas dunkleren mit dem Humbucker am Steg. Dazwischen liegt der Sound mit beiden Humbuckern. Sie lassen sich aber nur zusammen klanglich oder lautstärkentechnisch verstellen. Man hat also keinen getrennten Lautstärke und Ton Regler, wie z.B. die Epiphone Les Paul. Aber das ist für mich kein Manko. Der Tonabnehmer ist super. Da brummt nichts im Verstärker, wie bei manch anderen Gitarren dieser Preisklasse, wo man ohne Noise Gate nicht auskommt.
Auch das blaue Burst sieht gut aus. Für Leute mit kleinen Händen das ideale Gerät.
