im Symphonischen Blasorchester verwende ich diese Mallets gerne bei p - f Passagen die offen sind und auf Klang gespielt werden sollen. Der Anschlag klingt nicht so direkt und steht nicht im Vordergrund dennoch ist die Artikulation deutlich. Sie haben viel Volumen im Ton, besonders auf einem Adam Solist Vibra passen sie hervorragend. Das Spielgefühl finde ich geschmeidig . Man kann auch mal draufhaun ohne das es gleich metallisch klingt. Der Stil ist vielleicht 1mm dicker als herkömmliche Mallets, aber das stört nicht. Wenn ich sie vergleichen sollte, dann mit Mike Balter blau 23 R XL. Somit haben die AA30 nur mehr Volumen im Ton und sind minimal kopflastiger, das mir entgegenkommt. Für rockige Nummern und z.B. Frank Sinatra oder Let it go bei denen das Orchester sehr laut spielt, bevorzuge ich Mike Balter silbergrau 25 R XL.

Da ich mir aber den -quasi- ganzen Satz zugelegt habe, hat sich das etwas verschoben. die "grünen" AA30 sind ziemlich, hart und das Vibra kommt schon bei leicht härterem Spiel sehr deutlich raus. Habe daher die AA30 jetzt für das 2-Schlegel-Jazzspiel "fest" gebucht, und bin äußerst zufrieden.
