Great combo for a beginner

I bought this combo amplifier along with the guitar a few months ago, during this time I was pleased with it. it has a good sound for its cost and meets expectations. of course, it is not so loud for concerts, but it is very good for rehearsals at home. in general, I like the products of Ibanez and I am impressed that in the inexpensive segment of guitar products you can find such a decent combo amplifier.

Das Geärt hat eine sehr wertige Haptik, ist super verarbeitet und macht eigentlich einen grundsoliden Eindruck, ABER...
...ich habe ein wirklich unangenehmes Brummen das ich nicht weg bekomme. Mit unterschiedlichsten Gitarren und Kabel probiert, kein Unterschied. Dann dachte ich das Brummen kommt übers Netzteil von Außen, demnach in anderen Locations probiert, keine Änderung.
Nach Konferenz mit dem weltklasse Support von Thomann meinten sie, sie schicken mir ein neues Gerät zu weil das nicht normal ist (danke nochmals dafür) . Ersatzgerät ausgepackt, selbes Ergebnis. Seit dem fristet der Verstärker ein Staubfänger Dasein und wurde durch einen VOX ersetzt, dort habe ich mit gleichen Equipment keine Probleme. Obs an mir liegt??
