Amazing for the price!
Always have to keep in mind the price of this guitar, because it’s incredibly hard to beat. Frets are lovely, quick setup and this thing is fun to play. Finish is outstanding it’s a very pretty guitar, was worried the laurel would be light but to my eye it’s a closer to a light rosewood.
Overall I’m over the moon with this guitar it’s fantastic.

Jack of all trades
The price/quality point of this guitar is mind boggling. I had a te20hh before this one and I hated the pickups (my mistake, I thought I wanted to play lot's of distortion but I ended up playing Dire straits...lol). I traded that in for an Ibanez azes31 which had truly excellent hardware but I hated the neck scale and radius so much I had to return it (thank you for the customer service guys!). So now I went with this one, a bit of a jack of all trades.
Fit and finish are perfectly fine, just like the te20, it's like the factory that makes Harley Benton's doesn't even have to try hard (in a good way). The purple color is plenty pretty, shout out to the beautiful neck and headstock. Switches feel solid. We'll see how the push-pull fares in the long run.
The setup did have me worried. Neck relief was perfect, action relatively high, but the intonation was sharp. That could indicate a coverup of bad frets, but I checked with the fret rocker and I found only two teeny tiny rockers. But I get zero buzzing anyways with my preffered action (medium, definitely not shredderlow). So only really needed a slight change to the action and a good intonation.
If you're a beginner and you're reading this: changing intonation and action is easy as pie on these guitars and it's something you need to learn anyways. Nearly all guitars need intonating out of the box to some degree.
Then the pickups. They are extremely allround so you get a bit of a "ok at everything but not truly excellent at anything" effect but that was honestly what I was looking for. The humbuckers have a bit more tone and clarity than the ones on the te20 but a bit less punch, and the coil tap gives them that slightest bit of twang. Not much but still (and yes there's a bit of an output drop but who cares). You get a nicely varied selection of sounds for a budget guitar.

Insane guitar for the price
This guitar is really well built, the electronics are really good, pickups sound amazing. no sharp edges and very well setup. love it
