I started with a viscous vibe, moved to a vibe machine than to a retrovibe. Met this one on a friends board and just couldt resist it.

No more vibes for me, I found the definitive one. It just sounds more open and, in the lack of a better word, organic.

I had many Uni-Vibe replicas and this is not only one of the best sounding but also the smallest in size. Drybell makes a smaller one but this one sounds better in my opinion as it has more throb and more depth.

After many considerations, including price, I went with the Fulltone Mini Deja Vibe. Size is great, it fits my small pedalboard and the sound is just amazing. The fact that it does chorus is also great (although a lot of vibe pedals do).

Vorsicht: Extrem wählerisch bei der Stromversorgung

Mir ist es nicht gelungen, das Mini Deja Vibe MkII mit Strom zu versorgen, ohne inakzeptable Nebengeräusche (Pfeifen, Tickern) zu erzeugen.
Probiert habe ich das Dunlop ECB-004, das Harley Benton PowerPlant ISO-12 Pro und das Harley Benton PowerPlan Junior (mit Voodoo Lab Voltage Doubler Adapter Kabel).

Klanglich hat es mir gut gefallen. Im Vergleich zum Jam Pedals Retro Vibe MkII ist es weniger auf eine "Pseudo-Vintage"-Anmutung angelegt (starke Mittenbetonung, dumpf, betonter Throb), sondern sehr vielseitig und auch clean nutzbar.
Ärgerlich ist, dass Fulltone das Pedal in den USA mit offenbar funktionierendem Netzteil ausliefert, dieses in Deutschland aber einspart. Die Empfehlung in der Anleitung, ein Voodoo Lab Netzteil zu nutzen, ist ja ganz freundlich, jedoch sehr kostenintensiv.
Wenn man zusätzlich bedenkt, dass man das Pedal in den USA (mit Netzteil) regelmäßig für ca. 210 USD (175 Euro) kaufen kann, ist es hier preislich nicht korrekt eingeordnet.

Die Verarbeitung war ok (Spaltmaße nicht gerade überzeugend), aufgebaut ist es mit surface-mount-Bauteilen (keine NOS-Transistoren wir ältere Versionen).
