Audio, reinvented
The EXO 24, from EVE Audio's EXO series, combines precise audio engineering with an intelligent system architecture. Featuring EVE's specially developed Precision AirMotion tweeter and an optimised waveguide, the EXO 24 delivers detailed high frequencies with exceptionally low distortion. The 4" woofer made from coated aluminium (CAL) provides controlled low‑frequency reproduction and, together with the high-grade tweeter, covers a frequency range from 54Hz up to 24kHz. With sound pressure levels of up to 102dB SPL, the EXO 24 ensures clean, dynamic reproduction even at higher volumes. Supported by the newly designed GDC waveguide, this results in a wide, consistent soundstage with precise stereo imaging – even if the listening position is less than ideal.
Hear what's really there
A well-structured mix starts with a monitor that doesn't interpret the sound, but simply reproduces it. With precise sonic imaging across the entire frequency spectrum, the EVE Audio EXO 24 allows producers to assess even the finest nuances. The EXO 24 is operated directly via the rear‑mounted OLED display with a SMART Control knob, while the multicolour status indicator on the front shows operating states at a glance. In addition to this physical accessibility, an integrated Ethernet interface enables software‑based control. Settings such as level adjustments, filters, or signal sources can be configured conveniently from the listening position – a real benefit that enables some very streamlined workflows.
Flexible features
With its well thought‑out feature set, the EXO 24 can adapt flexibly to a wide range of requirements, as no two setups are the same. This versatility allows the EXO 24 to play to its strengths. Three input options – balanced XLR, unbalanced RCA, and digital via S/PDIF – allow the speakers to be seamlessly integrated into both analogue and digital studio environments. Even in mobile or unconventional setups, the monitors can be configured with precision and ease. Those who prefer hardware control can make adjustments directly on the unit, and even in nearfield desk setups that haven't been acoustically optimised, the cabinet's rounded edges and a rear bass reflex port minimise diffraction effects and improve localisation. Thanks to the integrated threaded inserts, the EXO 24s can also be mounted on a wall or from the ceiling.
About EVE Audio
The German company EVE Audio was founded in 2011 and continues to produce its speakers in Berlin to this day. EVE Audio is dedicated to developing professional studio monitors in a wide range of formats that deliver detailed sound not only for audio producers, but also for consumers. As a result, the lineup includes monitors for every field of use, suitable for a wide variety of rooms and budgets. EVE's engineers develop a bespoke version of the well‑established Air Motion Transformer technology for each series of monitors, which is just one of the reasons all of the company's loudspeakers are characterised by precise tweeter tuning, minimal sound colouration, and improved distortion performance.
The EXO 24: accurate, adaptable, effective
The EVE Audio EXO 24 can be used flexibly across a wide range of applications, from mixing and mastering through to post‑production. In a compact home studio, it gives musicians and producers confidence in their mixing decisions, while in professional working environments its high‑resolution reproduction allows a focused assessment of fine details. The EXO 24 is also versatile enough for educational institutions or mobile setups, where compact dimensions and quick adjustments are essential. Thanks to Ethernet control and the EVE Control software, larger setups can be managed centrally as well, with genuinely practical features like Wake‑on‑Signal and Safe Fade‑In simplifying session preparation while preventing unwanted level spikes when powering up. Typical applications range from smaller acoustically optimised rooms to modern, flexible production environments where the balance between accuracy and workflow needs to be carefully considered.
In the spotlight
EXO Precision Air Motion Transformer
The Air Motion Transformer that's been specially developed for the EXO series is crucial for the speakers' high‑resolution performance. The tweeter's precise folded‑diaphragm design generates controlled air movement with minimal loss of energy. Combined with the system's GDC waveguide, this creates an exceptionally wide sweet spot – allowing producers to change listening positions without suffering any loss in audio quality. Even the finest transients are preserved, which offers a clear advantage when working on high‑frequency content or using spatial effects. EVE's proprietary AMT design here minimises distortion while maintaining a natural sense of presence – a huge strength for anyone who relies on authentic sound reproduction.
