a bit big for my bass
The quality is great. However, in my custom bass, the machine heads are quite close together. The Peg Winder fits a bit loose (to guarantee compatibility with many machine heads), but the turning radius is quite big in my case. It still works, but not as smoothly as I expected

Excellent!
Yes, personally, I keep my bass strings forever but it is very handy tool especially if you don't want to screw your hands. Recommended!
