very good sound with the double bass. Almost like a mic

very flexible also since you can move it around with no modifications.
Depending on the system you use it with (amp/speaker) it might be your best bet on double bass. Surely some feedback more than a regular piezo but way less than a mic with a sound approximating the characteristics of a mike

Great microphone/pickup! The clarity of sound is great and emulates quite well the acoustic sound.

The cable could be stronger, I'm always afraid it might get damaged.
