Ich bin extra zu Thomann gefahren um verschiedene Snares aus zu probieren.

Diese Zeit sollte man sich auf jedenfall nehmen um für sich die optimale Snare zu finden.
Habe zu erstmal alle Snares angespiet die sich im Showroom befanden. Habe dabei weder auf den Preis noch auf das Aussehen geachtet. Dabei ist mir der große Bruder, die genaue Modell - Bezeichnung weiß ich leider nicht mehr, aufgefallen. Der Preis lag auf jedenfall bei 1100 Euro, also nichts für meinen Geldbeutel. Hatte jetzt wenigstens eine Referenz - Snare zum Vergleich.
Die DW SATIN OIL 14"X06" SNARE kam annähernd an das Klangbild heran.

Die Snare hat, so meine persönliche Meinung, einen angenehm warmen und dennoch druckvollen Klangcharakter.

Super son, super finition !

Même si elle fait partie du début de gamme de chez DW, elle à tout d'une autre. Les hardwares sont les mêmes, c'est juste la finition qui change. Le son est là, ça sonne DW et c'est bon ! C'est du matériel de très haute qualité, mon coup de coeur c'est les tension rods "True Pitch", la précision de l'accordage est inégalée par les autres grandes marques. DW sont au top !

Un acabado muy bonito y unos herrajes preciosos de ver y palpar. A mi gusto es una caja muy chula.

Me costo unas semanas hasta que me hice con el sonido apropiado, la afinación en una caja lo es casi todo.

Al final puse en el parche top, (el de arriba) cada tornillo a 305Hz creo recordar no estoy muy seguro ahora mismo, pero entre 275 y 310Hz el sonido no es muy diferente que digamos... Y bueno, conseguí un sonido de caja estupendo, justo el sonido con el que llevaba soñando años! ¡Benditas sean las cajas Collector! En el parche botton (el de abajo) por pereza de quitarla bordonera lo tense sin mirar a cuantos hz, pero que este algo mas tenso que el de arriba.

Además, esta caja tiene la opción de poner la bordonera en 3 modos diferentes, muy tensa, normal, y menos tensa, y esto variara según hallas pretado el controlador de la bordonera.

¡Puedes conseguir 3 sonidos espectaculares!
