They sound round and full without any mud!
I love these pickups in just about every guitar's bridge position. They are high output and cut through well without being too powerful and always retain a nice top end which stops them ever sounding too thick and muddy -especially with distortion. Excellent!

Very musical sounding pickup and a joy to play.
I have it hooked for coil split and the sound of the inner coil is beautifully compressed and biting.
