Like all daCarbo trumpets, the "Toni Maier" has a very easy response. The exceptionally large bell makes for a huge sound projection and this even in the upper registers. The sound is also reflected back to the trumpeter himself, which further increases the control. The blowing resistance is so low that the ML bore feels like an L-bore. The sound of this instrument is both warm, and brilliant leaving nothing to be desired.

Ich spiele schon 3 Jahre auf der da Carbo Unica und habe mich nun entschlossen
die Toni Maier zu testen und muss sagen ich bin begeistert.
Für mich ein toller Klang, so wie Ansprache und Spielgefühl.
Wer was Außergewöhnliches mag wie auch Optik liegt hier genau richtig.
Wunder kann man natürlich nicht erwarten, den Ton macht immer noch der Trompeter.
Für den der es sich‘s leisten kann, eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
