Works fine for midi connecting different devices.
The extra length is very useful to me as I don't have a dedicated studio and I am moving my gear all the time.

A cable that works
Doesn't look high end but it works, and with MIDI either it does or it doesn't - no quality issues - so all good here.

Zero complaints
Never had one fail on me, good tight connector. I can't imagine you'd need to replace it within your lifetime.
