Great accesory for the Katana
It could be a little pricey, but is very well constructed (as normally Boss hardware is), and it can take even some abuse with no doubt.
The case is metallic, very sturdy, the buttons are quality ones, easy to access (it could require an initial learning curve to get use to the distances between them) and allow us to access the patches or the effects as needed.
It support even the use of expression pedals and also to control a second katana, but I didn't use any of that yet.
Right now I'm enjoying changing effects and patches while playing with minimum effort.
The only thing to take on count, is that the included TRS is fine for home use, but it could not be enough for stage use in my opinion, so in that case you may need to buy an extra cable for that.

I really don't see the point of a Katana if you are not going to use it in full potential. This unlocks it. Very easy to use

GA-FC EX rules
Had a GA-FC and it was easy use for live gig.
Now GA-FC EX has different light when you go on effects so you know where you at. Press and hold any of banks when you are on, you make solo switch turn on without saturations or anything else on my new Katana gen 3. Easy use with expression pedals, and everything on this relative small unit. Thank you Boss for this friendly use and thank you Thomann for fast shippment to Croatia.
