Blackstar TV-10 A 6L6

Really lovely sounding amp, I guess it's supposed to be like a blues junior. It is really clear sounding and doesn't actually have as much gain as I expected having watched demos on YouTube. This is not necessarily a criticism, this is not the amp you should be buying for high gain use. It does do a nice driven blues sound, and despite only having a single tone knob, it can do a good range from too muddy to almost too harsh. The drive switch deosnt seem to do much other than make it a bit louder, but even though it's just 10W, it can get very loud. Effects loop is great, have reverb, delay and flanger all working well there. Despite not having a lot of gain there is still a really nice clean sustain when playing, which I thnk is because it is Class A. For this price I dont think you could beat this, as long as you dont need much gain, but then you could always add an overdrive pedal, fuzzface and duke of tone work well with it.
