Much better than the regular plastic version

The regular plastic version of this tool without the metal insert is useless. It wears down after using it a couple of times. This one is much better and is a great little tool to fix a really annoying problem.

Pricey, but works as advertised

Nearly "lost" the jack connection on one of my gutiars so finally caved in and bought this little buddy. As said, works great, but is really pricey for such a small and relatively simple item.

Does not fit :(

Seems robust but does NOT fit a standard 11mm nut, or at least not the one in my Harley Benton guitar. I'm sure I ordered the right one because I have another guitar with the american nut dimension (12.7mm) and its nut is even bigger than the first.
