Adam Hall 5417BLK Rack Screw Pack

I've been using these for years now and they work excellently. In the past I've had rack screws from other manufacturers that were either "gritty", and had trouble engaging with the cage nuts, or were of such mild steel that it was easy to chew them up with a screwdriver. These are great. Not the sexiest bit of kit you're likely to buy for your studio, but face it, without these all those wonderful lights and sounds are going to fall out of the racks, right?

It's a set of M12 screws, they thread, they hold your gear, what else is there to say?
They appear to be well machined and all, but in essence I think they're quite expensive for what they are.
I don't know... I have them. I'd rather have them than not, but ofds are you'll find something just like this at a regular hardware store way cheaper.

A very fine and solid piece of metal. I does its job very good so there really is nothing to complain about. I yet didn't get why I should pay double price for just a bunch of screws.
They are holding my bass amp in my rack case and it works very good

The screws are just as shown, good quality well packaged. A great fit for a studio rack or for a portable one.

does what it says on the tin. fits perfectly, is sturdy and doesn't strip. when getting rack screws, one should be mindfull of the lengt of the screws. there are different standards (learned that the hard way). These work great with shallower rack nuts as well, like the ones found in the THon continuously adjustable aluminium rails

I bought this together with the "5650 Cage Nut M6 Pack" to mount my studio gear. It has the same color as the Rack Strips, so it fits in the design perfectly. It holds, together with the cage nuts, my studio gear together and it's durable (as it's made of steel).

Together with the cage nuts, I'll recommend these inexpensive screws, which will never disappoint you, and never let you (or your equipment) down.
